Ordered this charger after a cursory research of available options (of which there are many!) and am a very happy customer. I'm using the 48A hardwired connection and setup was a breeze. I was up and charging in minutes after install. The app is usable albeit a bit quirky/busy if you are only using the EV charger. Once you land on the EV charger home screen, it's very intuitive and simple. I haven't used the scheduling and other advanced options yet but they seem par for the course. Physically, it's neither the sleekest not the clunkiest out there. The white model I chose looks clean and unimposing in my garage and the materials look and feel to be of good quality (including the cable). One quirk I notice is that the electrical inlet is at the bottom and somewhat incongruous for most installations (both customer pics show the 'elbow' at the bottom of the pic).
Overall, this is a great buy especially at this price point.
